Physical impairments and social stigmas cross community borders, but dedicated care can break down those exact barriers. Elah Foundation is actively delivering life-changing support, protection, and dignity to children with disabilities under the age of 15. Currently, our holistic care programs are deeply rooted in sub-cities across Addis Ababa and expanding into neighboring regions to ensure no child is left hidden or isolated.

That is why the Elah Foundation works tirelessly in word and action to dismantle the social stigmas and physical barriers that isolate children with disabilities in Ethiopia.
By partnering directly with local community leaders, families, and schools, we create inclusive ecosystems that meet the critical needs of vulnerable children under 15. Together with the vital support of sponsors, we ensure these children are no longer hidden, but celebrated and supported.
Through the direct provision of essential medical aids, psychological counseling, inclusive educational materials, and robust rights protection, we empower children to move past physical limitations and step boldly into a future of independence, dignity, and purpose.
